Cooking Lesson

A moment of relaxation and excitement at the table where guests are invited to cook their own dinner together with our team's supervision. 


Select from our Cooking Lesson Menu 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert.

The menu will be cooked by you and must be the same for everyone at the table.
For a minimum of 2 people.

Please be advised that dinner and time availability will always depend on other reservations made first.


Price: 42€ per person. Drinks not included.

Children's Menu available (up to and including 11 years old): 21€ per child.

STARTERS

Tart of Alcobaça apple, caramelized onion and rice blood pudding
Pear, cottage cheese and toasted almond salad  – V ,  (recipe possible gluten free G and vegan VE, if ordered in advance, altering for vegan cheese)
Squid salad with an oriental touch -  

MAIN COURSES
Cod fish loin, almond and herbs crust, vegetable brás - L
Duck magret, caramelized carrot puree and orange sauce - G
Fresh spinach pasta, green asparagus, zucchini, leek and lemon - V
 
DESSERTS 
Crepe Suzette: Crepe, syrup and fresh orange, sorbet - (recipe possible gluten free G, if ordered in advance)
Chocolate mousse, Alvados olive oil and Rio Maior fleur de sel G, V
Hot lemon soufflé with sorbet - V

Children's Menu available (up to and including 11 years old):
 1 soup, the same main dish as the parents', served with rice or pasta and 1 dessert (ice cream or fruit bowl)
